Hi, I have ordered Nutella Product . I received the package with full wrapped but when I opened cap they have cut the seal in middle. I have opened a ticket on Feb15 and they have assured me it will be replaced in 48hours. From that day they keep on saying we are working. I have dropped a note to CSHead and they came back and they said we cannot replace as the damaged product is not with them. No one has contacted me about the damaged product. I told severeal times, damaged product is with me and I can handover to them but still no action.
