I made an order for lotum blue and white floral cups on 7 June. I received it today but it’s in grey! This just doesn’t make sense. It was a birthday surprise for my mother since she loves blue but you’ve ruined it. It was also my first online shopping experience with Amazon. How will you compensate for this??? If I don’t get the product I want important never using Amazon again because you have ruined a surprise I planned for my mother. And how are you asking for return charge when I want the correct product in BLUE ie what I ordered AND it’s your fault you delivered the wrong product to me??
