I had ordered a booster vaccine through this app (Flipkart Health+) but it was delivered to me without the needle whereas previously I ordered one more vaccine but they provided the needle along with it. In the product description there is nothing mentioned like this.When I asked the customer excecutive she said Sorry they can not help with it as it was not from their end.They do not provide the needle. I further added about they should have mentioned it but they denied and told the same thing.
When I am purchasing a vaccine from a shop or anywhere should I buy the needle separately?
