Hello Team,
My name is Paul Jagadish J
I have purchased Redmi 9i sport from flipkart on 23rd of May, which is defective. They have scheduled technician visit on 26th of May to check the device, which havent happen and then I received a message stating that my visit has been canceled. I immediately reached customer support (tried multiple times) they said my issue will be resolved within 24 hours maximum, which again failed. Now I spoke to three different support agent, I explained my issue each time when I reach them, they simly saying apologise and call is getting disconnected. Please help me to get my money and old phone (Redmi 4a) back. I do not need replacement.
