Text of Complaint by Susheel Kumar:

I purchased window AC as on 14 April 2022 after realising the pieces it was defective themselves. we registered several complaints through their website, customer service No. the customer service executives are non- responsive, and are very rude. They ask you questions which makes harder for you to register a complaint. wrote emails to service head of Voltas, though, there is no reply for any of the complaints. after futile attempts once a service executive visited and accepted that the piece is defective itself. he said someone else will visit to rectify the issue but no one came after. we again tried putting up several complaints through online methods as well as customer service. but no appropriate action has been taken by company’s side.
