Dear Sir,
I am writing this mail, to inform you that I purchased Panasonic 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split Inverter from flipkart. A defect piece was delivered and the Installation engineer upon visiting the house on 17th april confirmed the same and mentioning it is not installable.
Same day on 17th April I’ve raised a replacement request on flipkart and they promised a technician visit by 29th.Yet today (May 6th) no one visited and customer care has no urgency to solve the issue. All I hear from the customer care is escalation and false promises. I’m neither getting the refund or replacement. Please help me with the my order.
