Flipkart delivered me a broken helmet on 31-Oct-2023, on 02-Nov-2023 i claimed replacement for the damaged product, flipkart closed my complaint by claiming the replacement was done on 08-
Nov-2023 without any actual replacement, so i raised issue again and a delivery pick up person came to the collect the product, but refused to take it, as it was damaged. The product is as it is at the time of delivery, flipkart harassing me for more than a month
