Text of Complaint by Sridivya:

I have purchased Aquaguard Crystal NxT water purifier on 8th September 2021 from Metro cash & carry, moosapet, Hyderabad. Executive told us that installation will be done in 48hrs. On 9th September, a person named Ravi has visited and opened the pack, mounted the device to wall and connected the pipes. But the device is not getting switched on because of adapter issue. Executive told us that he is placing a request for replacement of adapter and collected Rs.1200 for an external filter he fitted to the wall. But from then, neither of the executive visited nor gave us a call regarding installation. When we are trying through whatsapp chat or customer service calls, they are very rude and they keep on telling that they have escalated the issue. But no response or resolution has been given. I cant even give the product back as that was mounted to the wall. Fed up with aquaguard service..

I have requested for the replacement of the product but no response from the team till.. what should i do with this demo peice hanging on the wall.. purchased with rs.16000 but of no use and no one is responding to it
