According to the website of Buy My Mobile, I have ordered for an Ultron R8 Pro 6GB 128GB Notch Smartphone 48MP Quad Camera 4800 for Rs. 4300/-. But unfortunately I have received a very old Samsung DUOS Smartphone.
I have sent a complaint regarding this matter. But I have received an automated reply only. I have sent another three mails, no reply. They have mentioned a mobile number in the website. Whenever I called, it was temporary our of order.
