I ordered a new Bosch 13 Place dish washer on May 26, 2023 and it was delivered a damaged item Jun 03, 2023 and also not working. I called the Bosch representative and he advised to return the item as it was in a bad shape and called the Detech sales team on Whatsapp and thru mobile but they haven’t lifted the phone at all. As per their website, it says any default item or non working machine they will arrange for the return by sending a return slip in 10 days. Base on this I have requested them by sending a message on Whatsapp to send the return slip. I called so many times but they haven’t responded at all. I contacted their phone numbers 9310172672, 9301244866.
