Ordered a fan from seller “retailez private limited” from Amazon.in. The seller packed a different colour model and now amazon and the seller are refusing to provide a replacement at the same cost, instead they are asking me to return this and place a fresh order with the new/revised price hike of almost ₹3000 more than the price i paid earlier!
