Dear sir I want to tell you that I have purchase a phone of realme 11 pro it’s near Rs 25999 and it’s order I’d is -408-3035171-8945948 after receiving the product we see that we have got a I phone 12 pro max 256gb on it then we call amazone helpline and tell that we have received a different product and share photos of the product on the link share by the amazone support and after uploading this they take action and they pickup the product and here we see on our application that they provide us refund against the product and after the 10 days of the pickup now we are getting mail from seller that investigation team has cancel the refund and now neither the refund will be given and nor the product which they have taken will back to us also wrote that the pickup was done for a junk box and they have dispose it hence the pickup product will not given back when it is false as the exact product which was delivered was given in the pickup time and also now they are harrsing us while putting the call on hold for 40 to 45 min in each call or not responding to us and disconnected the call on face and misbehave to us
We also have proof of the exact product which we got and have share the video to the seller and the amazone backend team but got no response yet
And now neither we have the product nor the refund and they have not given the actual product and the product which was delivered they have taken that also and denied for the refund and not giving the product and doing the scam and harassing us. We have not expected such kind of behavior and experience from the Amazon. it’s disappointing and heartbreaking to feel this bad and being scamed by such reputed company
