Dear Airtel team ( Worst customer service provider )
I would want to bring to your notice you are the most untrsuted and un reliable service provider. I used ti think like this and now you have proved this with my recent experience.
I placed an order on 31st ajn 2019 through Airtel Online order of Samsung Mobile, order number 10066284. The commited delivery date was 11th of feb 2019. Today its 1st of march and mobile havent been delivered yet. I am trying to summerize all the happening below
- I have been asked to submit the KYC document by one of your representative Sujith Gowda , Mob no.- 9916999644 on “ WHATSAPP” which in my opnion not the legal way to collect legal document, he insisted me to send document on whats app and when I denied he updated the system like customer did not provide document. He never personally came to collect the document and disconnected the call abruptly which I felt insulting. Since I dindt sent KYC document on whats up your document collection representative updated your system falsely that I am not providing the docuemt . no one was at home .I have made a complaint on 14th regarding this proiding name and number of the respective person in discussion here. I have been chasing to get an update on this particular complaint which you 121 customer care team is unable to provide.
- I contacetd many time to your customer care no. 121 and they could not resolve my concern , complaints. Every time after waiting so long on hold I used to hear same update hirarchy upwards, but unfortunately they could provide me satisfactiory abswers. Multiple time they have committed for call back which I received rarely.
- On 22nd feb 2019 I receved an sms from Airtel that mobile has been displated and delivery is on 11th of Feb 2019, what a joke just read the dates again. They are talking about to delivery on past date. ( Image Attached)
- Since this Monday 25th feb, Wednesday 27th feb, Thursday 28th of feb 2019 I am receviving messages in the morning the mogile is out for delivery and same day evening I am geeting message they fasiled to deliver it. ( Image Attached)
- Your logistic partner has falsly updating the system thay they are trying to deliver is and they came to door step but they never came infact they never called to me. This happened multiple time.
- Your customer service team always made wrong commitmemnt of call back.
- Yesterdsay 121 escalation team commited over the call to deliver it by yesterday “ THEY FAILED AGAIN”

When we customer fail to make the payment on time the very next day of the last day you charge a penalty, I WOULD WANT TO UNDERSTAND WHAT SHOULD BE THE PENALTY ON AIRTEL FOR SUCH A LONG DELAY IN DELIVER AFTER TAKING ADVANCE PAYMENT FOR THE MOBILE.
