Text of Complaint by Annuranjan:

I purchased ifb 7kg top load automatic washing machine from Flipkart on 8th November.
They delivered on 9th November.
Installation guys come on 12th November for installation but when he opened the Article it was damage.

I create return request on 13th and Flipkart shows it will closed on 16th November but still no response from their sides and whenever i called them, CCE guys telling me you will get call back and we will resolve this within 24 hrs but no response from them. Now the closed my ticket with remarks – Resolved. Meanwhile i didn’t get any call or resolution from their sides.
Again when i called them they told it shows resolved because it is exceeded tat so automatically it is closed.
