I have ordered an iphone SE on 29th September which is showing out for delivary since 30 September (order id OD122974774700646000)
The ekart executive comes to the location confirms the adress and never comes back again to delivar.
This is being repeated since two days.
I called the executive today he informed he does not have the courier but someone has updated his details in the courier thats why his no is being reflected in the order detail
The customer care executive have no idea where the actual courier is.
I need full explanation of this case.
