Text of Complaint by Prajna Paikray:

I ordered a salwar suit few days ago from rakshtulafab.shop. I didn’t check properly about the website whether it is fake side or not. After few days of my order I got my parcel and the quantity price was 870/-. I paid online. And when I opened the product it was a cheap dupatta which costs definitely less than 50/-. When I went to the website to return the product, it has no direct return policy.. so I mailed them and requested to help me out. Then they replied with a number and wanted me to call to that number. I called and informed them about my problem. They said that they sent me a app link on my WhatsApp and I should install the app and through the procedure of the app I should give some information about my UPI pin and my account details to them so that they can fraud with myself and can take my all money from my UPI account.. they tried to hack my phone and UPI app through that app. That app name is “customer support app” . They named the app in that way.. they may be modify the app name by now. But I didn’t do what they said to me to get my money back.. my money has lost. They are totally fraud group.
