Delhivery Courier services have damaged my parcel items, I have contacted one of its executive, He said he will claim the insurance and pay the damaged value amount, I’ve sent plastic Chairs they have damaged 3 Chairs valued 477 per chair. Total value of 477×3 = ₹1431. From one week he didn’t reply for my messages and Calls now they are telling there will be no Insurance for Plastic & Glass. They didn’t even mention that its a fragile item. Now when I’m trying to contact them they are not responding to my calls now they have blocked my phone number.
