Text of Complaint by Madhumita Deb:

I ordered a smart watch and i was delivered a fake titan watch. The guy from delhivery.com said he wont give till i pay i paid on the qr cade he provided, the transaction was made to delhivery.com and not to the website. The website is fraud but delhivery.com has taken the money and refuses to return it. I see so many complaints but u people have not yet taken any action against it. I want my refund. U people should sue delhivery.com first they are equally responsible for such scams, the delivery guy knew that its a scam that is the reason he said he wont give without payment and if i cancel it then it would get deducted from his salary. Our hard earned money is just getting to waste and u guys are not taking strict action. U people should have ordered third party delivery companies not to take delivery orders without proper verification. Delhivery.com says its from aepl merchant which is also a fake one, they themselves dont have the details of the merchant they are dealing with. They are simply in with these websites to scam people. Delhivery.com was the company i paid to my gpay transaction shows that however they say its on behalf of the merchant. They didnt let me open when i wanted to, they very well train their executives and scam people.
