Dear All
I am karan kaushik , resident of Panchkula , Haryana
I am writing in this forum , as i have also been defrauded by DIL (Delhi infratech Limited) for the tune of Rs. 3.2 Lac
According to me , the present status of my issue is as below :
1. I have not put my complaint under Gurgaon EOW , as i cant travel in covid times
2. Both the director who were earlier arrested are out on bail by end of Mar-21
3. The builder makes excuse of Lockdown ,and not ale to open his offfice and i know its as excuses and nothing else
I would suggest , lets fight together with the builder and i know , there is already one case in EOW Gurgaon against them , however can someone let me know , if my complaint can be registered by E mail on EOW E mail id ?
