I hold postpaid mobile no.of Airtel, and wanted to convert the plan to prepaid. for brief period of 3 months i aquired an add on no.in the family plan of airtel,in the month of December 2019. I was told to swtich over to prepaid i need to deconsolidate my add on no.After 3 months( airtel’s mandetory period to dicontinue the add on no.) I informed their gallery to disconnect add on no.on june10,so that my post paid primary no.can be converted to prepaid.i was told to wait for 8 days.after 10 days i visited gallery again and was told add on no.is put in suspense and not deconsolidated.i visited again on 25th.June.same answer.i visited again on 1 st.july same answer.i fail to understand why they dont allow me to convert my pist paid plan to prepaid.
