Text of Complaint by Ankur Sharma:

I bought Gaming Laptop make ASUS and its found faulty after opening. Complaint logged for replacement and amazon executive checked proofs over mail  and ensured that item is defective. Door step picker person don’t accept or delaying the replacement requested item. and giving such unappropriate information i.e. item not ready to collect , address not found like this. Please resolve that problem asap. it seems like a chewing gum. my 10 days is wasted & is too delay to pick up. Amazon do give such rebate for discount then Why we will sacrifice for delaying and replacement services from their side after paying showing  MRP.  My money is not refunded yet after long time
