I have ordered product from Nykaa on 8Jul 2022.

It was supposed to be delivered on 10-11 jul 2022. It got delayed two times. And till 31 jul I have not received my order.
We have complained 6-7 times. But they are not cancelling order as the order is delayed. So we are unable to receive that order.
We want refund of our product and need action against such delay n harassment while raising complain to them.
