Text of Complaint by Vishal Yadav:

Sir my jio fiber red light started blinking my service were stopped on 22 September approx. 11:29 am and I raised a service request a technician came and said there is a fault in main line and my services will resume after 2 hours i waited then after 2 hours i had made a call to technician he said your services will continue tonight only but i didn’t then morning one of your technician made me a call and said “raat mai aaye thai andhera bhot the iss liye caale gaye ” means what excuse they are giving that there is dark at night last time also about a month ago my services were stopped due toh same reason and they took time of 5-6 working days i mean literally how poor your services are and your technician don’t have manners how to speak to a coustomer the day which i am not able to use internet will you compensate ? Ofcourse not i want my services to be resumed very sooon
