Dear Officier
I have booked a JIOFIBER connection for my residence use purpose, at the time of booking I have been commented for the installation within 2 days of payment.
Therefore I have made a online payment for the connection, and its transaction id is 20220613333174343611-PAYTMJIO)
after today when I have not received any update I contacted to JIO person, through the call and received a very wag answer.
seeing the misbehaviour of the jio officers I have decided not to extend business relation with jio and cancelled my connection.
now since then, I have received 7 misleading commetment from the JIO team for the refund and each time they are coming up with a new date.

you are requested to kindly intervene in the matter to get my hard earn money back.
