I have purchased a Mobile phone from Flipkart (Prepaid Order), the order was about to delivered on the 10th August. on the 10th August, I received a call from the Delivery person saying that the order cannot be delivered as the Box is open, he will deliver it on the next day. From that day onwards , I didn’t hear back from Delivery partner and Flipkart. I raised a Complaint on the Flipkart regarding the same and the issue is not getting resolved. The order is still showing the out for delivery status. No one in answering the truth, I called multiple times to Flipkart for the same Issue as well as the delivery agent. Neither I am able to cancel my order.
