Renewed HP laptop ordered on 14th Feb 23 on AMAZON
received package on 17th Feb evening
Product not matching as per described product, SL.no. of product not clearly visible
Requested customer care for return, but Inspection of product scheduled on 19th Feb,
Inspection done & Representative informed product can be replaced/ returned & no response from Amazon,
When contacted customer care on 20th Feb, customer care representative telling to wait for day as inspection report is not submitted.
When contacted next day, customer care member telling Inspection done for only software, I requested for a replacement, Customer care representative told replacement not possible ,only return & refund possible. Return scheduled on 25th Feb,
Amazon pickup agent came on 25th afternoon but refused to pickup as SL. No. Not matching.

Then once again called customer care & requested pick up for 26th Feb (Sunday)&
Customer care told return without verificatoin is scheduled on Sunday ,
But message on Amazon App showed return scheduled on 28th Feb,
No one came to pick up on 28th,
When contacted customer care, I was informed pickup agent could not pick up due to personal reasons & once again pickup scheduled on 2nd March,
On 2nd March also pickup agent did not come,
Once again customer care was contacted & return scheduled on 4th March
On 4th March , Pick up agent came but refused to take the return as SL.no. not matching

Contacted customer care, Once again the same answer that they will schedule return without verification.
When asked customer care to speak to local Amazon & sort out the problem , they bluntly refused it is out of their scope, when asked to escalate to higher officials call was handed to their supervisor & Supervisor also not giving clarity
