Text of Complaint by Vaibhav Tiwari:

I Cancelled My Jio Fiber order in September. The cancellation was successfully made within 2 days and my account was suspended, they said they would pick up the box within 7 days, but they have not picked up the box from September till today i.e. 9th December. It’s been two months, but they are only rescheduling the pick-up date and time. They are not refunding my money. They are saying they will only refund the money after their team picks up and checks the Jio fiber box. I called many times and registered a complaint, but they did not respond and took too much time to delay my refund. I called the local JIo Office but got the same response, pls help.
