Text of Complaint by HARSH AGARWAL:

I Cancelled My jio fiber on 6th Aug. The cancellation was successfully made on 9th Aug, And they said they would pick up the box in 7 days, but they have not picked up the box from 9th Aug till Today(7th Oct). It’s been almost two months, but they are only rescheduling the pick-up date and time. They are not refunding my money. They are saying they will only refund the money after jio fiber box has been picked up and checked by their team. I called many times, but they did not respond and took too much time to delay my refund.
