I have Cancelled My jio fiber on 11th July. The cancellation has been successfully done on 14th July. And they said they will pick up the box on 18th july but they have not picked up the box and from 11th july till today ( 28h July ) they are only rescheduling the picking up date and time . They not refunding my money . They are saying they will only refund the money after jio fiber box has been picked up and checked by their team I called many times but not responding and take too much time for delay my refund.
