I have Cancelled My jio fiber on 22nd June . The cancellation has been successfully done on 25th June. And they said they will pick up the box on 27th june but they have not picked up the box and from 27th june from today ( 23rd July ) they are only rescheduling the picking up date and time . They not refunding my money . They are saying they will only refund the money after jio fiber box has been picked up and checked by their team.
