i have been an aoirtel customer since 15 years. I just submitted to change the same from postpaid to prepaid. I have been redirected 15 times , have been made to go to the local showroom twice and have been without an active mobile for two days now. I am a senior citizen and have been shown no regard to that. Every time I call for verification I am told it will take 4 hours, when I protest I am told to go and visit the local showroom. When I went there I was told that paperwork from their side has gone properly. I keep getting redirected within these options. Now I am so fed up I m actually planning to port my number to a different connection.
