Dear Sir/Madam,
I placed an order for iFFalconn Tv from Flipkart seller IWQNBecommerce on 7th April but he never shipped the product and after raising complaint with FK they advised to cancel and recorder in return of 500rs wallet amount as token of apology so I ordered again on 11th April, this time again seller did not shipped Tv till date and each time when I contact FK about this they say that my issue is already worked upon and share date of resolution each time and every time the resolution date gets changed to 2 days ahead of time frame
I am going through depression because of this issue since I purchased on emi option and my credit card company had charged me with foreclosure fees. Flipkart is not helping me even their grievance officer are ignoring my issue from long time.
