It is more than two & a half months now, when we were informed by Advisor, Mr Ajit Gaikwad, (SR Management – CNOC,Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited)that our request for Cancellation & Refund (of security deposit & one months advance fee totalling:3505/-) is in process.
Mr Gaikwad further informed us that we will receive an update within the next 24 hours. We are yet to receive any information about the status of our cancellation & the refund of an amount of Rs:3505/-
On repeat contact we were again informed on 8th. January 2021 by Vinit Ovhal that as per the system check, the service request SR000013J024 for refund is already registered & we were further reassured that the refund will be processed on our given account within next 7 – 10 working days.
On our previous request about the refund, we were informed about the escalation affected & again reassured about an early update.
Have submitted all the relevant documents at the time of submission cancellation request.
Apart from numerous apologies, multiple assurances about escalations & re-escalations, we are yet to receive the refund of our deposit.
