Text of Complaint by Sa:

Dear Team, I bought a laptop from Flipkart, along with insurance and repair service provided by Jeeves. According to their policy If they fail to repair the laptop then a certain amount will be refunded depending on the duration. In my case it is 60% of price which is approx – 61000. Now my laptop is damaged because their agent didn’t know how to fix it and they have to provide me with the refund. They keep giving me excuses this and that and harassing me for last 1 month by not providing any details. I asked so many times to call me but they didn’t. Also block my registered mobile number from their custom care list, I cannot even call them. I have already provided them my bank details and they said on aug 7 that the amount will be refunded in 8 days. It is sept 2 today and no progress at all.
