The TV panel project that was supposed to be delivered in December , kept on getting delayed due to unavailability of panels and later labour to fix the panels. They then delivered broken panels, which they said they could apply glue and hide the broken part behind the TV. I disagreed and asked them to get non damaged panels. Later in the process , they damaged the false ceiling , the light fixtures were broken and the TV base cabinet was scratched all over. Follow ups havd resulted in shabby work around , destroying the ambience of my living room.The customer service is now responding rudely and no action taken. Delay of work also has not been refunded.
