Inox in Kalyan Metro mall is very poorly maintained. Seats are broken. My seat was inclined downwards and could not seat properly. Seat numbers are not clearly visible and it makes finding seat difficult. Everyone was confused about the seat numbers. Row number and name on staircase are not clearly visible. Very unhappy with seats quality and not as per maintained standards of inox. I have complained about this a year back qnd complaining about it again as nothing has been improved. Also the movie was supposed to start at 7:30 and it started at 7:52. Late by 22 minutes.
