I travelled from Delhi to Port Blair on AI485 on 29 oct 22. When I reached Port Blair I found that my one out of four luggage was missing. When I enquired they told me my luggage is left at Delhi itself and told me as I was delayed at bording that why this happened. Then I told them if I was delayed for boarding than how come my other bags has reached Port Blair. And I want to make it clear that I was on time for boarding. I m from Gwalior and now I’m in port Blair without my personal luggage. What should I do. The staff in Air Port is blaming each other. Air india customer care says we can’t do anything on this.
