Dear Amazon

I would highlight one of my worst experience had with you and I’m still facing it !

I have ordered one plus mobile from Amazon and paid entire amount as I need the phone as earliest.

But Amazon thought to make it liitle quaky, As per given timeline the product was not delivered even the notification was not triggered by Amazon or even didn’t even took a pain to notify their customer.

I contacted Amazon support for the assistance they assured me that the parcel will be delivered before (9 pm 14th March) i was convinced by them. But no one responded or even give a hoot for the concern form delivery team.

I made another call and shared my acquaintance with them the call was transferred to team lead and assured me to wait for next day as parcel will be delivered tomorrow morning. (15th March)

The very next day I was dismayed to know that my parcel which was to be delivered today is cancelled by their delivery partner for no reason and I’m astonished to know that amazon team was helpless.

I was expecting as solution but they gave me another headache by stating that your parcel will be delivered in another two days as they cannot deliver the package today.

I was left with no choice because i trusted the company and his commitment towards their services so I’m still waiting. I would highlight this Amazon India as I have sufferd a lot with this case it’s my hard earn money which I have spent on my purchase and for that I’m getting this pethatic service. Totally unanticipated.
