It is flight from Chennai to Hyderabad (91-872) on 20/05/2023 which was supposed to depart from Chennai at 21:55pm but it has been rescheduled to 00:40pm without proper intimation to the passengers and there was no staff to answer the passengers and also the non of alliance air executive has answered the customer care calls. Atlast the flight depart from Chennai at 01:00am on 21/05/2023.
The airlines didnot provide basic snacks or any sought of aid to the passengers. And after arrival in Hyderabad it took 30mins to claim the baggage.
So i kindly request the authorities to take action against the airlines
