Rwandair it is the worst experience worst service careless even for saying an apology rude and worst cabin crew flight WB 305 Flight WB 402 Flight WB 452 DXB KGL NBO you people should shutdown your business or give it to someone who can run it for you how could you trapping all passengers into the jet with no AC on and you have technical issue which you should know before even landing or boarding recklessly all staff ignore questions to be asked running away when you call them and they give you a face like don’t ever call again even for small thing like water when it should be give in this circumstances but you give it hidden like you give a drugs to let other passengers seen you first flight WB 305 delay 3 hours plus suppose to take-off 1:50 am but it move around 5 am and the worst thing when we land KGL connection flight is left already and we been asked to wait until 5 pm take us to the worst hotel in Rwanda and to complete the scenario you even make us move from hotel early the connection flight WB 402 delayed another 2 hours supposed to take-off 17:10 but it starts to move almost 7 pm and even apology for such issue is not enough who will compensate for the damage and delayed for our owen business and missing meetings delayed a whole day reach at late night which cost me losing 30 thousand dollars you people should be banned from making flight and to make it more worst losses my luggage when I reach NBO and I have fill a complaint to look for my baggage what a stupid service you given believe me you will be taken to court you have exceeded the bad reputation level by doing all this it is first and last time I take Rwandair never in my life this happens to me
