Text of Complaint by Suman Sethia:

I have booked an OLA S1 Pro 2nd Gen on 12th Sep 2023 and and I have been in touch with the Ola showroom representatives regarding the delivery of my scooter.

OLA app was showing the delivery date as October end at the time of booking and now it’s showing as November 29th but there is no update from OLA experience center.

There is no response from OLA staffs at experience centers, no replies to my emails as well as tweets.
