Yesterday (23 September) I had placed an order for a mobile phone in exchange of my old phone. I have already made the payment online. I had particularly chosen the product as it guaranteed same day delivery between 11 am to 4 pm. However i didn’t receive it within the time and contacted the customer care. They assured I would receive it by 9 pm yesterday. That didn’t happen too. Today when i checked the app at 11 am, there was still no updates. i repeatedly messaged and called them only to hear that they were “sorry for the delay”. At 12;48 they updated the order status but still can’t assure me the order will be delivered by today. This is really problematic since all my work has stopped due to the absence of a phone. I am extremely frustrated. The payment of quite a lot of money has been done. i am a prime member and have been using amazon since a long time. This is never expected.
