I have an order from my company IBM, which was supposed to be delivered on 8th October 2021. The delivery guy called on 8th October saying he will be delivering the product in 5min. To my surprise I got a message instead saying my delivery couldn’t be completed as I was not available at home. I got a message to reschedule my delivery for next available date which was 9th October 2021. It’s been a week now still no response from Ecom express. Customer care executive would never help. They just give some lame excuses and keep delaying the order.
