I placed this order on 4th May 2023 and the estimated delivery date provided at the time of purchase was 16th May 2023. However, it has been extended to 24th May 2023 & again to 30th May 2023 now it is showing the expected delivery as 5th June 2023, It has been 15 days beyond the expected delivery date, and I am yet to receive the package.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances and logistical challenges may arise, leading to delays in deliveries. However, the extended delay has caused inconvenience and disappointment as I was eagerly awaiting the arrival of the product.
I purchased the order through my credit card & now the bill is generated & yet I didn’t receive my order, how can I pay my credit card bill if I didn’t get my product?
I have called your customer care executive multiple times there are not giving any proper info about the product & raised multiple tickets as well Ref ticket numbers: IN-23052913515466064860 & IN-23052914162324751872
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I would appreciate if you could provide me with an update regarding the status of my order and the reasons for the delay.
