I placed the order on 28th Sept 2022 from Pune. Scheduled delivery was 8th Oct 2022. Order was shipped on 1st Oct 2022. It reached Pune on 4th 2022. It reached my local delivery zone on 7th Oct 2022 in the morning. Till 8th Oct 2022 evening 8:30 pm there was no notification “out for delivery”. I contacted Flipkart and was told that there was a logistics issue and delivery would be on 10th Oct 2022. As of 1300 hrs on 10th oct 2022, I spoke with 4 customer care individuals. The only answer I got was delivery will take place on 10th Oct and if I don’t receive then they will raise issue with the seller. Till 1330 hrs on 10th Oct 2022 there was still no “out for delivery” notification.
Flipkart declined to take any responsibility for the delay although the delivery is by EKart which is their own subsidiary.
