I purchased LG Mini Refrigerator, 45L GL-M051RSWC (White) on 7th April 2023 and requested for a return. The manufacturer said they will not accept it. Amazon said they will accept the return as I am eligible for return untill 20th April 2023 and collect on 13th April 2023. On 13th they cancelled the return. When we called they said it was a technical glitch. The return was scheduled for 15th April 2023. They cancelled saying 1st attempt – house locked and 2nd attempt – package not ready. This is not true. Amazon is playing games as they are trying to delay the return pick up so I don’t get my refund. It is disgusting that the LG store and Amazon will not take my item back. This item was sent as a gift and does not fit the area where the fridge needs to be placed.
