23rd Product was ordered, But today 30th no delivered happend, they said they will order today. I suppose go some trip. But I need to exchange my mobile. I have only 1 mobile. I requested amazon this is your mistake you need to compensate exchanged mobile to me because without mobile I cannot go to trip. But amazon said if you not exchange mobile the order will cancel and product will return back. They are making customer suffer. So I cannot take my mobile with me on trip cannot even put hear in home. I even requested amazon I will return exchange mobile once I will back. They said no.
