Text of Complaint by Paramesh:

I booked a flat with Runwal Group in June 2024, based on a clear verbal assurance by their sales executive, Mr. Ganesh Pansakar, that the flat was ready to move and only pending OC. Since then, I have been misled with a series of false possession dates — September 2024, October 2024, December 2024, and finally March 2025 (RERA-registered). Based on this, I made 100% payment by March 2025, after which they promised flat readiness in 60 days.

Even after repeated follow-ups and written confirmations from senior officials (Aniruddh, Vaibhav, Victor), the most recent promised possession date of June 30, 2025, has also been missed — and now I’m being told unofficially that it may take another month.

Due to their negligence and false commitments, I am suffering from:
• Financial loss: My rental agreement expired in May 2025. The landlord is demanding a 3-year renewal with heavy penalty clauses, causing unexpected financial strain.
• Mental harassment: Multiple missed deadlines, false promises, and inconsistent communication have caused immense stress to me and my family.
• Physical hardship:
• My children have been admitted to Ryan School near the project, assuming we’d move in. But there is no school transportation from our current rental (Lodha Crown), affecting their daily routine and well-being.
• My office commute has become extremely difficult, resulting in lost time, increased travel cost, and health exhaustion.

Despite all this, Runwal Group has neither handed over the flat nor arranged alternative accommodation, showing a complete lack of accountability.

I request the Hon’ble Authority to:
1. Direct Runwal Group to immediately hand over possession or provide alternate accommodation.
2. Provide compensation for financial loss, mental trauma, and physical hardship.
3. Take strict action against the builder for violation of consumer rights and harassment.
