I am writing to you today to express my dissatisfaction with the delay in returning a product I ordered from Flipkart. I placed the order on June 29, 2023, and the product was delivered to me on July 3, 2023. However, the product was defective, so I requested a return on July 3, 2023.I have been waiting for the return pickup for over 15 days now, and I have not received any updates from Flipkart. I have called customer support multiple times, but I have been given the same response each time: “The return pickup has been scheduled, and you will receive an email confirmation when it is picked up. “I am very frustrated with the lack of action from Flipkart. I have already been without the product for over two weeks, and I am starting to get worried that I will never receive a refund. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and expedite the return process. I have attached a copy of my order confirmation and return request for your reference.
