I booked HRTC bus from Manali to Delhi on Jan 1, 2022. Bus departed on time, unfortunately they had to face brakedown, bus was stopped for 2 hours and took off somehow, also they made all passengers to wait for an hour in another location as they wanted to change bus. We were supposed to reach Delhi at 6am but they arrived at 8.10am. I had to travel another 1 hour from bus stand to Delhi airport and I missed my flight also lost Rs.5000
